Temporary Authorization: I'm selling on 3rd party website (eBay, Amazon, etc.) which is a one time sale of product. I do not intend to continue purchasing more Quicksilver products for 3rd party sales.

Ongoing Authorization: I'm building a clientele who will continue to visit my website and 3rd party marketplaces to find Quicksilver products. I will be purchasing and maintaining a consisten Quicksilver inventory to support my clientele.

This application will NOT be accepted for Mercury dealers.

I understand that this is an application and I do not have authority to advertise and/or sell online until Mercury Marine approves my application and grants me the authority.

I understand.

Quicksilver will authorize my website(s) and/or marketplace(s) for only 6 months from date of approval to sell through the intended inventory. If an extension is required, it is my responsibility to notify Quicksilver of a needed extension by emailing rupp@mercmarine.com.

I understand I will only be allowed 6 months to sell unless I contact Quicksilver for an extension.

I have read and understand the RUPP. Authorized Internet Resellers must agree to the terms and conditions in the Authorized Internet Reseller Agreement. I understand that this application will be reviewed and a decision will be made and communicated to the Contact's email address.
